Broadband keeps dropping out

My internet keeps dropping out randomly.

It works fine for a bit, then suddenly cuts off, then comes back again. This happens quite a few times during the day.

It’s been going on for a while now and it’s getting really frustrating, especially when I’m working.

I’ve already tried restarting everything but it didn’t fix it.

I also spoke to someone via your chat before, and they confirmed there might be an issue on my line, but no one followed up or got back to me.

Can someone please properly look into this and get it sorted?

Sounds like the same problem I'm having.

Are you only facing problems with your works PC?

If so, my guess is that the problem is with Sky trying to work against a VPN connection.

I've got a ticket open with Sky but have been ghosted. 

@KevNewMedia was great with the initial response and a ticket got raised for a technical person to look into it but that was four days ago.

For the amount of money I pay Sky each month, the level of support is very poor.
