Broadband keeps dropping out

Broadband keeps dropping out every second Day at similar time between 7 and 10 every Second day or every day and stays off for 4-6 hours at a time, if not fixed by Monday 19th August my contract with Sky will be terminated

I have the same or similar issue from time to time, at this moment my broadband is down to less than 1MB despite the Sky checker saying everything is working fine.

What I have found out is, if I unplug and reboot my Sky Q box and wait a minute or two the broadband goes back up to what it should be. There's some sort of drain that's occurring with the Sky Q box. It's not the hub in my case.
