Broadband keeps dropping out
My broadband has been constantly dropping out over the last couple of days. I keep running the diagnostics and it keeps telling me there's nothing wrong and reconnecting. I got a message yesterday said they're sending an engineer out, I then got a text message a few hours later to say they'd solve the problem. But I'm still getting the same problems today. Our internet connection is next to useless now so just drops out constantly. I can't work, my son can't do his homework, my wife cannot contact her relatives overseas with any reliability. And I don't seem to be able to get hold of anyone at customer service through the app or online. I don't have a landline so I can't call 150 on it. I did try and report the router as a problem a while ago so it could be upgraded to a new one but they made that so difficult that it didn't happen and I gave up. What's it going to take to fix?
