Over the past week or so our internet keeps dropping out, the sky app keeps saying there's no issue, keep rebooting the router but it keeps happening.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sn13 Are you only looking at the service checker to see if there is any issues. That will show you its last check and if no issues will show green/good. Click on broadband and run an updated tes when the issue happens this can be done on mobile data.
