Broadband keeps dropping out n13

Over the past week or so our internet keeps dropping out, the sky app keeps saying there's no issue, keep rebooting the router but it keeps happening.

@Sn13  Are you only looking at the service checker to see if there is any issues. That will show you its last check and if no issues will show green/good. Click on broadband and run an updated tes when the issue happens this can be done on mobile data.
