Broadband keeps dropping out and coming back

Hub seems to be losing internet connection regularly, sometimes every few minutes sometimes can be 10-15 mins between loss.

internet always comes back and generally only takes a minute or two to return?

Lights on hub all green as they should be even when internet access has been lost on device. Have reset the hub but problem still returned, could it be a faulty sky broadband hub or are there any settings that may correct it
