Broadband keeps dropping off

Throughout the day and night my Internet connection drops off and then comes back it happens multiple times leaving me with an unreliable service what is the problem

Can't help with your query  but replying to confirm that something has been wrong with sky internet connection since last Friday 8th August 2025  I have been unable to login completely to my Zoom and Microsoft 365, and spent over 60 minutes earlier today on the phone with a Microsoft technician during which we were unable to even access their Quick Assist for him to do a diagnostic check at my settings/system. It was finally agreed that the issue was with my wifi/broadband provision, i.e. sky.  However,  a diagnostic using sky's system checker is saying all is fine and ditto on downdetector uk which is saying that sky is 100% up and running without any issue.  As I am self-employed from home, this is losing me money.  Once sky is up and running, I will be submitting a claim to them for my lost income and will also be making a formal complaint to the Communications Ombudsman. It is also unacceptable that there is no option to speak to an actual human about this, and their chatbot just takes me around in circles.

@Janubian Call 150 from the attached landline phone to get to sky customer service!
