Broadband keeps dropping off SA71

My  broadband connection keeps dropping off , the router resets and then drops signal within 5 minutes, left with no radio( Alexa) tv , internet, it's been like this for 3 days.....

@Hipp+House you can't escalate your own post if you have lost your connection (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection but note it can take up,to an hour to pick up a dropped connection.

I keep losing the Internet and cannot get Alexa or Netflix on TV.
