Broadband keeps cutting out

We have had issues for over two months now, even relocating our router to try to overcome them. 

We seem to be experiencing daily overnight outages: our Hive disconnects every morning, and we have to reset it. 

We have tried all the troubleshooting steps, and while the occasional overnight maintenance is acceptable, this has been happening daily for over a week.

Overnight maintenance can occur on more than one night. Give Sky a call to discuss.
