Broadband keeps cutting out.

Tonight nearly every half hour our broadband keeps cutting out. We get two amber lights on the hub and sky glass stops working we then have to wait several minutes 5 to 10 before the green lights come back on and we can start using sky glass again. Anyone else have same issue? Is this a national problem or just us?

Our Sky BB down in Galway for some unknown reason ... I've tried restarting router, SIRO box anx hub (all separately) but to no avail.
