The internet light keeps going off and then flashing Amber before going green but doesn't stay green very long. Power and WiFi lights stay green

Run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection as thst will tell you if there is a known problem.of which there are loads north of the border after thecw eekdnds deluge. If the app doesnt tell you there is a known issue or offer to book an engineer call Skybyonreport the issue. Calls on your Sky Talk line are free if that is working dial 150.

@Chrisee @Had engineers out twice, both times said they'd fixed it. Couple weeks later, does it again.
