My broadband is slow and patchy. Everytime I text it says there is an issue

@MaxSingh run the service checker in the My Sky app and follow through thecsteps as if there is an issue with the line  identified it can book an engineer if one is required,

 

It can also identify WiFi issues in the home but these usually dont need an engineer. Sky can provide wiFi  boosters if you pay for their add-on  WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
