Broadband issues

Helli everyone,

We just move to Sky, one week ago. Before sign the contract I've told to the person that I spoke on phone that the previous broadband didn't work in the other room( it's one bedroom flat,is not a big flat) we weren't happy with that and if the Sky can help with this issue we don't want to deal with them. The person said it will not be same problem as they will provide us a booster. But they didn't when the engineer came to set up the Wifi.He said to contact them to ask for a booster. The problem is I can't contact them,I speak just with a virtual assistant, they don't a customer service number to call, the chat online is unavailable. This situation is very annoying and upset.I would like to cancel the contract as being just one week.I know I have the right in the first 30 days.Did someone had same problem as us?How did you got resolved?

Thank you in advance for your thoughts!

Re: Broadband issues

@DeeA1 It's a call to sky to get one, there is NO other way to do so, they need to test your wi-fi at home with you being there, so details are all linked below about the sky Max pod addon!.
