Broadband issues

Since upgrading our broadband router the service has been greatly reduced. It constantly drops out, we can't work from home or watch Sky tv

@Neillllllo  Did you also change the router that you use for your broadband with Sky?

Yes. I just upgraded to the newer version which sky suggested
