Broadband issues

Hi, I have contacted yourselves jn regards to a broadband issue. 
I had ab engineer out Tuesday, who said there an issue with my line. 
I have received a call off openreach which left me a message in regards to booking an appointment. 
The issues is becoming more frequent than it was. 
can I have someone to give me a call please. Thanks Kirsty

This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky so if you want to do this then as you did before you will need to call them as you did before.
