Broadband issues

Today I switched from virgin to sky and the broadband connection was done remotely. Following the steps many times, there is no internet. Sky checker doesn't seem to find a trouble,all looks good. But it's not. Please help

Have you had a notification from Sky it has been activated? It can happen any time up until midnight.
