Broadband issues

BT have arrived today to upgrade to fibre on instruction from Sky, they have said their is an issue from the distribution point to the BT chamber and the works cannot be completed.

BT have left site and left our property without internet connection, we have re-started the router and nothing is happening, our Sky Q box is informing us there is no internet connection. Can you urgently revisiot our address and sort it ouit please.

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Give Sky a call to see if they've received an update from Openreach (NOT BT) although this is normally done overnight so might be better to call tomorrow.
