I am wondering if anyone else is still having issues with Sky Broadband in Kildare. We have no had connectivity since early yesterday after the storm. All lights are ok but service checkers tests tell me to contact customer services but it appears to be a loop back the service checker. How do I report the fault on my line. Surely it should be fairly straightforward
Hello, we r in naas co kildare and have no Internet either since yesterday morning. I went into there website where they ran a check on it, and it cane back saying there was an exterior fault which needed a technician to fix, said one would be out within 5 days.
