Broadband issues

I am having constant issues with broadband coverage with WiFi dropping constantly on my upstairs device. I am trying to contact sky to have this resolved but no number readily available. I am trying to work and this is having a very serious negative impact. I need this issue resolved ASAP

In many homes a single wifi hub is not sufficent to provide usable wifi in every room especially if working from home.  Sky will sell you an add-on which can providecup to 3 wifi extenders should they be needed see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy one of the many while third party home wifi solutions and connect them to your Sky hub and turn off its wifi. Loads in the Black Friday sales.

Thank you. I have a Sky WiFi poster located in the room I work from. I live in Ireland and trying to speak to a Sky representative seems impossible
