Broadband issues

My WiFi is causing freezing on calls and video calls and I am only using one computer and one phone. I will be also getting a tv and other items and I'm afraid the current issues will only get worse. Also as I walk to my second bedroom the entire signal breaks, it's a small flat so this shouldn't be happening. Is this an issue with the connection or the router? these problems started on Monday.

I am having the same issues when I check broadband on my app it's shows no issues everything running ok but this is not the case
