Broadband issues

Since I received a letter informing me my monthly charge for Broadband was increasing but so was 

my speed - I have had nothing but problems.

 

Even devices connected to the router are slow or buffering. Speed test says 66mbps, but I can't even watch netflix. Ran diagnostics and says everything is fine, but it isn't. Reset router, no difference.

 

My son is also getting intermittent or no broadband in his room, despite using a sky WiFi extender. He is using his phones internet as a hot-spot frequently, so I'm double paying!!

 

Overall - Not happy at all with whatever has happened and paying more for a deteriorated service. Regards
