Broadband issues when connecting

Hi I switched to sky yesterday. It was all fine yesterday on our phones. Today for some reason i had to sign in to the wifi again on the phone. When i connect on the phone it states connected without Internet but the Internet is working on the phone. I reset the router but still the same issue. I also restarted my phone and still states connected without Internet. Any ideas? Thanks

Do you have other devices apart from a phone that connect to your Wi-Fi connection and if you do are they working ?
