Broadband issues ongoing 2 years on

My broadband has been dropping out multiple times a day and night sky have attempted to fix this issue so many times and 2 years on and it's still doing the same. Only this time it has stayed dropped out or and light in centre I have reset box and everything yet when I do a service check it's showing all connected as it should be with no known issues but how

@Mywifiisrubbish given the multiple reports of lost connection overnight Sky or Openreach took the connection down for essential,maintenance so not linked to any other faults you may have had. If so system should be back this morning.
