You can raise it with Sky but whether Openreach will do anything depends on the number of line drops and whather the automatic kit managing hhe line has reached the limit trying to stabilise the line. You will find this an issue thst affects all isps stull ising yhe copper network. Full fibre is much more reliable.

Thankyou for your reply, unfortunately im already on full fibre and no upgrades are available. Hopefully it starts to improve.

FTTP should be entirely stable, so there's a fault somewhere: improvement is unlikely unless this is proactively addressed.
