Broadband issues and buffering

We have had ultrafast broadband installed with fibre optic cables. But when we try and download using a fire stick it's buffering and stopping

@Orchard10  Where is the router kept and how far away is it from the fire stick?

The router is in the hall and fire stick was in the next room.  I got an email saying Right to Exit Offered as there has been issues with my broadband speed so not sure if that's the problem. Just seem to constantly have issues with broadband. We bought 2 BT boosters ages ago to try and help

@Orchard10  So Sky have given you the right to leave your contract without penalty as they are unable to fix the problems you are having within a set time period. If that is so then there is not much the community forum can do for you.
