Second time today, on going issues with broadband, affecting my income., time to leave sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Pel11510 if as is likely the fault is witth your line if you movecto another ISP using the same line the problem will move with you. Loads of line faults caused by the bad weather if you log into the My Sky app which works overca mobike connection it will tell you if tgere is a known fault if it doesnt call `sky and report the fault .
You are using a domestic line for business which is fine but you cant expect the response time a true business service would give you for your higher payment.
