Broadband issue

For weeks we have been having trouble with our broadband. We have had an engineer out but it's still no better. It's constant slow. Can't use more than one device at a time and iffen goes off all together. This has been going on for weeks and I'm not happy to keep paying full price for a service that I can't use!

@JoRusling  When you run the broadband test and the service checker that is shows the reduced speed for the time period that you have been having problems.
