Broadband issue

I have recently had broadband installed but I have connected everything correctly but the Internet is not working and light does not come on the router

@Rachel19901 you need to talk to Sky so they can check. What msybe wrong therefore I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
