Broadband issue

Oh my god sky broadband won't connect I have the newest box every time I try to use it I get sky gateway login I know this is an Apple thing every time I have had this pop up before I restart Apple it works not this time I have been trying since 5:30 am it's driving me mad help

What lights are showing on your hub? Is it all devices not working? Have you tried running the line test on the My Sky app?
