Broadband is still dropping out
Hi, I've been reporting my broadband connection as dropping out or failing completely over the last couple of weeks. Apparently an engineer came at some point and you told me it was fixed, and it was for a few days. Unfortunately it's still dropping regularly. The centre light on the modem goes on and off so I don't know what is happening with it but it's still not great.

@AnneHartland you are not communicating with Sky by posting in the forum. If the fault has not been fixed call them so they can get an engineer out again.
