Hello
Amber internet light on hub. Tried the usual connection steps and service outage checker.
Can someone please advise what else I could do?

@Chrisee problem resolved itself after many hours. At one point, I found an old skyQ hub in a cupboard and tried that instead of my existing one but got the same amber light.
Apparently it was an issue in the local area as several neighbours experienced an outage too. Odd that it did not show in their app when trying to resolve it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@happy+traveller very strange stats the modem is connected to the street cabinet but you do not have a WAN connection. I would reboot the hub to see if that sorts the issue - easiest way to do that is to cut the power for a few seconds. If it doesnt and the connection test in the M`y Sky app doesn't tell you there is a fault in your area give Sky a call when their lines open.

@Chrisee thanks for your reply.
I tried that as you suggested but still the same. Power - green, internet - amber, wireless - green.
However there is now a 4th light for the WPS button (I think?) Which is flashing amber. Previously, there was no light of any colour there.

@Chrisee update, the WPS light has gone off.
Amber light still on for internet. I'll call Sky when their call lines open later.

Most morning we come down to the amber light being on the hub. This is not any use to me, we have security that works of the wifi, and when hub turns amber thats usgot no phones, laptops, tv, etc, we are paying for a service from Sky and it has been been poor since we have had it back in. Im tired of haing to try and get this amber light off. If there is a problem with the hub, then a new one should be sent out, please can you help.
