Broadband intermittently disconnecting

Our Broadband is intermitanlty disconnecting thouout theday / night. we get 2 green lights and 2 orange lights on the router when its off.

Comes back on after a few minutes.

done the diagnostics on the broadband help, but is saying there are no issues, which when I can connect to sky there isnt..

Its been going on for a couple of weeks now.

Was it this test you ran:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them
