Broadband installation

I had an engineer visit scheduled 1-6pm today for fibre beoadband 

 

in had a message to reschedule as it was cancelled 

 

It said I had to be in touch to rearrange

You can't reshedule via here so are you able to do it here:

 

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

 

If not then you will have to call Sky.
