Broadband installation

This is the fourth time you attempted to upgrade me to full fiber. For some reason you went to and old address today which I haven't lived at for seven years.  Can someone please contact me asap to discuss how on earth this has hapoened

Not sure if you are aware but this is where customers help each other so presumably as your address is correct on your account you will have to call them about this.
