Broadband installation

I phoned today to complain about the date of my installation and it was changed. On my App, the old date is still showing the old date. Can you confirm my date

@Toyin2  No one on the community can confirm anything about your account as we are mainly customers.

 

Any Sky Staff present can't access your account nor will knwo who you are from your login.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
