I have received a message from Sky to call them. As I am travelling I can either do a WhatsApp call or if you could ask them to call me on WhatsApp

@Sangeeta1 Unfortunately you are speaking to fellow customers on here. You'll need to try and access the online message service yourself or ring them when you can. Try using Facebook Messenger - link is in the forum footer maybe?
