Broadband install replacement hub

Following the instructions on the box and scanning the QR code, which takes you into the app.  Moves forward two pages but the Sky Hub Installion page is blank and nothing further happens. The installation doesn't start. 
ideas?

Thanks but not a fix. It just takes you to the same blank screen. Appreciate your help.

@EHW does not the help journey tell you whst to do next? If it doesnt call Sky as they look to need to take action from their  end.
