Broadband hub

Hi Sky have messaged me to inform me that the wrong hub has been sent. The post office are going to deliver the first hub tomorrow I am a bit concerned as they have only sent the a phone message to tell them about it problem.   Any advice please.

@Maggst52 once the hub is delivered call Sky to check what to do at worst they will ask you to return it which costs you nothing.
