Broadband hub issue

unable to access router even after factory reset, any ideas please?

I have tried the following to no avail......

tried admin

passowrd default on router

There is no 'Sky stream router': Stream is a subscription television platform.

The current Sky router models are the Broadband Hub, Max Hub and Gigafast+ Hub.

im trying to access the sky broadband, my apologies, so i have

the black router

@Zac1335  Your post has been moved from the Stream board as noted by @TimmyBGood  it is unrelated to a Sky Stream Puck.

@Zac1335 to fully reset the black upright Sky hubs press and hold in the reset pin until the power led flashes which takes up to 20 seconds. Once restarted the web interface log in will be user = admin and the password will match the password printed on the label. Release too easly and the hub just restarts without the settings resetting.

However it is very easy to misread the label as Sky use letters like I and O and umbers like 1 and 0 which cannot be confused.
