My broadband was due to go live yesterday and I have had all the confirmation for this however there is still no broadband. Trying to test my line on the website just comes back with a message saying the tester is unavailable at this time. I have already had my first bill which included the broadband

Hi, very similar to as above. Got my text advising my broadband was activated at 8am but still no internet available, my router is only showing a green dot on the power & WIFI
Is this normal? How long does it take for your internet to work from getting your text? Any help is much appreciated

It can take up to midnight tonight to be activated
