Broadband false reading
So my 3rd party App is recording download at 30 MB/S and Sky built in checker says 425mb/s but states last tested 8 hours ago. It looks like it's testing but it's as though it doesn't want to record the bad broadband so it's saying it's fine, but it's not. Reboot and software update done

Re: Broadband false reading
@Mikesauns The Sky app is showing your routers connection speed to the exchange, any 3rd party app will be showing the speed from your router to the device you are using, if that device is using WiFi then the speed will always be lower and can be significantly lower in some properties.
Can you test using a device connected to ethernet? That would show if it is just a WiFi issue or if the fibre connection has an issue.
