Broadband error

Hi the sky broadband box internet light is off

I pressed reset on the box do o need help with the pin? 

also my sky contract shows it's ended on the app is this maybe why I've lost connection?  Thanks Jane

Whatever is happening @Jane193 your contract fimishes has nothing to do with it as contracts don't end unless you cancel the service. All this means is your minimum term of that contract has ended.

 

As for your issue try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Jane193 The contract never ends wirh sky so nothing to do with that! Check in case there happens to be an outage, the link may say!
