engineer booked to install broadband today but have had no confirmation + the broadband box hasn't arrived.
who can I contact to chase this up/find out what time the engineer will be arriving?

Find out more@Indie2 unfortunately Sky do not give fixed appointments if its a Sky engineer you should be texted before they arrive but if the engineer works for Openreach or one of their subcontractors the most you usually get is an am or pm slot - che k the My Orders section of the My Sky app.
The hub may arrive today if it doesnt and if the service is activated today then call Sky tomorrow.
