Broadband dropping
I left talk talk due to constantly dropping I - and then being out so many times and the problem persisting
Now with Sky and the same thing is happening.
Full fibre is available but for £12 more than they're offering to new customers WHY?!?

Re: Broadband dropping
When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. You don't receive advance notification of this from Sky or Openreach.
Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.

Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. Most providers now do this. You'll have probably benefited from such offers in the past.
If you choose to leave and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer and gain the benefits available at that time.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
