We have to keep resetting out hub at least once a week . We have had an engineer out from sky who gave us a new hub but it is still doing the same the voice light turns orange and nothing will connect. As soon as we rest it its fine for about a week again . We have done all the resetting unplugging ect many times the engineer said it will be a openreach problem and he couldn't do anything about . We have spoke to sky but they said openreach have said everything is fine but no one has been out to check the house or line .
