Broadband dropping out intermittently

Since you upgraded my broadband, it keeps dropping out, it's rather annoying

@Paullee1977 What upgrade did you have done, you do not say, if you need help from sky then you have to give them a call, dialling 150 from your landline is by far the easiest way to do that between the hours off 8am to 8pm!
