Hello, our broadband keeps dropping out and is getting worse/more frequent again similar to before. I've unplugged the box and left it. Pressed reset but it's been doing it for the last week or so

I have the same problem. all product tests show OK. I suspect the line into my property has a bad connection and is dropping in and out. what . was your solution?

I'm suspecting an issue with the line in. They've already given me a new box. Nothing showing as an issue online or via the app. I need to call them but now can't fond the number
