Broadband dropping out again

Hello, our broadband keeps dropping out and is getting worse/more frequent again similar to before. I've unplugged the box and left it. Pressed reset but it's been doing it for the last week or so

I have the same problem. all product tests show OK. I suspect the line into my property has a bad connection and is dropping in and out. what . was your solution?

Same as above - sky broadband speed test says all is good, yet others speedband tests say different and they all give similar results which is no way near what sky says is delivering

I'm suspecting an issue with the line in. They've already given me a new box. Nothing showing as an issue online or via the app. I need to call them but now can't fond the number
