My broadband kept dropping out, received a new router today and exactly the same thing, twice tonight in 1 hour ( two amber lights). Can't watch Sky tv which I pay for! I've had this for 10 months why can Sky not fix it. Clearly not the router so what is the problem?
Can I cancel my contract early without penalty, clearly not fit for purpose and I want out now.
