I am having a bad experience accessing wifi at home which keeps dropping or the internet keeps dropping badly.I had have arranged a visit from an engineer 2 weeks ago cost £20 charges but the issue is worsened.I have even upgraded to higher speed and pay extra £6 monthly for the new router but the issue still happening.I believe my case is not handled fairly and all what I'm getting is an inflation on my monthly bill for a such poor service. Over promised and under delivered.
