Broadband down

Broadband not working. I have run the checks and sky are telling me everything is working fine. It is clearly not, as I am typing this I am using my phones 5g because nothing will load using sky broadband.

My xbox won't connect and says there must be an outage - Can somebody at Sky please look into what's going on because clearly im not the only one and it's definitely not working and neither is your service checker!

This is a customer to customer forum, you won't get a response from Sky here.

 

Contact Sky on 150, from a Sky Talk number or use the contact us, details,

 

Phone them as the chat bots will just drive you crazy!

Mine is down for the 3rd time in 24 hrs. On the service checker it says outage in my area. Don't know if you're having the same use
