Broadband down

You have installed new broadband and it is not working. All my security cameras are currently down.  My broadband worked perfectly well before you insisted on this change!!

@sn0wdr0p  You should be aware you're not talking to Sky Customer services via the community.

 

When did the service go live?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
